Onsite: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Flint Assembly on a full-time basis.
The Role:
The role of the Facilities Leader is to serve as the Single Point of Contact and Building Owner all for the facility needs, including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Roads & Grounds. You will be responsible for the development and administration of service contracts. You will work closely with all of our Business Partners to ensure a high level of delivery of facilities services to our tenants and their communities in which they work. Your role is also to partner with our GM communities and lead the transformation of our workspaces with a goal to finding better, more creative and more efficient ways to be their best, and building places people want to be.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Manage Facilities personnel/services –training, development, and evaluation.Sustainment project managementTeam with other FAM’s for information and sharing lessons learned.Identify, communicate and manage opportunities to support business plan objectives.Interface with local business and government.Administer budgets and project funding.Business plan preparation and coordination of FACILITIES objectives with the plant leadership. Update/monitor performance measurements.Strategic space planning and resource management.Assure implementation of GMS, including administration of planned maintenance objectives.Assist Facilities team with resolution of supplier problems, as required.Administer GM Corporate Process Risk Management (PRM) policiesMember of ERCT and support crises preparedness activitiesAssure the collection and analysis of data including Help Desk reports, customer satisfaction survey, monthly report on expenses (ROE), financial data, square footage occupied and available, density ratios, FM Scorecard, Human Resources and Industrial Engineering (where applicable).Manage PDPM - small construction blanket
