Job Overview:
Deliver exceptional service by leading safe, compliant, and efficient facilities operations across all touchpoints. Build strong client, contractor and stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvement. Oversee office and workplace services, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Identify growth opportunities and support sustainability, reporting and strategic initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance to technical statutory, mandatory & routine maintenance, utilising the on-site team and sub-contractors. Establish and maintain appropriate subcontract arrangements using MITIE's subcontract documentation and ensure regular performance reviews are undertaken. Timely management of remedial works to maintain asset compliance and deliver workplace improvements. Source and present appropriate quotes utilising established framework for variable works and minor projects. Liaise with the Account Director on procurement, variations, and contract changes within the allocated Contract(s) to maximise value for money. Ensure compliance of all Health & Safety Legislation and procedures. Conduct monthly Health & Safety audits and take responsibility for corrective actions. Conduct Team Meetings to agreed frequencies and attend all contractual meetings. Produce monthly and ad hoc reports, collating and validating data and documentation. To include but not limited to FM services. To provide regular and effective feedback to Account Manager on the performance management of the contract(s) for all aspects of service delivery, staff management and legal compliance. Deliver Office Manager services including visitor management, access control, meeting room management, catering, and office supplies ordering.
What we're looking for:
Extensive experience within Facilities Management or an equivalent role. Possess exceptional customer service and communication skills that supports client, customer and stakeholder management. Knowledge of hard services with ability to deliver within soft services. Being able to demonstrate a proven track record managing subcontractors. Highly computer literate and experienced in using Microsoft applications. Being able to drive initiatives and projects forward, expecting good standards of work and able to overcome barriers/ solve problems.
