**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Responsible for the New Zealand industrial sites’ Client Real Estate strategy and future planning as aligned with the Account’s business targets.
+ Drive scalable improvements in service delivery that grow with the client business and deliver effective and efficient services across but not limited to facility services as defines in the agreed scope of services
+ Manage resources as well as leverages on available resources to sustain customer satisfaction and continuously improve the account's performance.
+ Provide close oversight of Project-related activities ensuring safety is adhered to at all times and committed schedules are met.
+ Maintain a strong focus on the account safety program and ensure that all safety program goals and objectives are met/exceeded.
+ Provide effective reporting and obtain measured feedback from customers on performance.
+ Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of projects and programs. Provides appropriate levels of detail, and summarizes complex issues succinctly.
+ Manages internal and external relationships in support of program. May contract and manage vendors. May provide consultation on complex low to medium scale projects that integrate into an organized program.
+ Manage the overall India account ream deliveries to the client utilizing all available tools and technologies provided.
+ Manage the team to ensure effective and efficient operations. Work closely with CBRE platform and Account Country Lead to bring best practice to the account.
+ Lead the team to deliver excellence in customer satisfaction, financials, resource delivery, business delivery
+ Review and recommend staff and employee training programs, workshops, seminars and classes to facilitate development and improvement of competencies and proficiencies.
+ Manage, motivate and co-ordinate ‘virtual’ teams to ensure quality services are consistently delivered and plan objectives are met.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in the facility management.
+ Supervision and team management experience of minimum 5years.
+ Proven track record in the accounts, financial and customer relationship management.
+ Extensive technical knowledge is an advantage.
+ Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Good communication skills both verbal and written
