The following position is to join our **RTX Enterprise Services** **Team** :
The **Camden AR Site Manager** position is that face of Facilities Management to be the proactive interface with customers and lead the initial dialogue regarding new business initiatives and promote the business interests of the Facilities organization. To coordinate with customers on these business interests and orchestrate an appropriate business response within Facilities.
This role includes providing general oversight to the various types of organized responses by either in-house or contracted personnel, whether by providing service and upkeep to the plant at specific buildings, or for other tactical engagement, and then assure its successful implementation.
This position also communicates with stakeholders as the Facilities department representative for the site and gives guidance to customers on a course of action which is consistent with department objectives.
**What You Will Do**
+ Interface with the site Management team while providing services that ensure day to day operational activities are not interrupted.
+ Represent Facilities and make decisions which commit resources and impact the business response of Facilities.
+ Communicate business decisions of Facilities and be able to articulate them with clarity and understanding.
+ Engage in dialogue and provide meaningful input into the decision-making process.
+ Principal Facilities agent to organize, communicate and assist in the development of projects with stakeholders.
+ Prioritize competing or conflicting interests for space and resources.
+ Prioritize the importance of maintenance response and as necessary allocate resources.
+ Define and articulate the detail scope of work and the over-arching requirements of a Facilities action to contractors and maintenance staff.
+ Oversee the facilities work of contract and hourly personnel.
+ Manage and assess the facility infrastructure to assure its continued functionality.
+ Selectively monitor critical maintenance actions to completion.
+ Pre-view the work order system to address aging work.
+ Act as an advisor to subordinates or staff to articulate common goals and layout a tactical plan to solve problems.
+ Manage Facilities expense budget, specific to preventative and corrective maintenance.
+ Identify Capital and Expense projects using condition assessments and end of life planning for site infrastructure and facilities equipment.
+ Act as project manager for smaller site level projects ensuring seamless execution of the project scope, budget and schedule.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ 5+ years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in facility management and customer service activities.
+ Experience demonstrating strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
+ This position typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years of experience. In the absence of a degree a combination of education, applicable experience and certifications in lieu of degree may be considered
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Demonstrated experience in facilitating successful teams in reaching a common goal.
+ Well-developed and engaging interpersonal skills in writing and speaking to a variety of audiences both internal and external customers and suppliers.
+ Prior work in a Facilities Services department is desired along with experience in managing and overseeing facility and campus operations. Prior background working with contractors or in the building design and construction process.
+ Field of study in business, architecture, engineering, construction management, project management, etc.
+ Familiarity with software presentation systems and familiarity or experience with SAP
+ Characteristics of Success:
+ Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment while managing shifting priorities, demands and timelines, executing on multiple tasks, and developing achievable and meaningful goals and objectives based on your customer’s needs.
+ Analytical with the ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints and pinpoint root cause corrective actions.

+ This is an onsite role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance from **East Camden, AR.**

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
