About the Role
Responsible to handle and supervise the renovation projects for office premises & building in Hong Kong and Macau, including liaising with landlord, building management company and tenant / end user.Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Management (50%)
Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspect of the interior renovation project including builder, mep, furniture, telephone system, security system, etc from design stage to construction stage and project implementation including monitoring of defect rectification and handover to end user.Collaborate with designers and contractor to create and review preliminary and detailed layout plans and construction drawings for interior spaces, ensuring alignment with the company and end user requirements, functionality and aesthetic goads.Manage project teams, including contractors, designers, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment with project budget, goals and approved layouts.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address delays or issues.Manage and administer contracts with all contractors, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and project requirements. Review and negotiate contract amendments, change orders, and claims, and resolve disputes to maintain project progress.Procurement (30%)
To prepare the tender / quotation and monitor the process and contract administration for renovation, furniture, telephone system, security system and responsible to settle the project & utilities payment for all related properties.To estimate the project expense and ensure the expenditure of each project is well-controlled within budget and meeting financial ascend 2000.Reporting (10%)
Track and document project milestones, costs, performance metrics, and contract-related developments, such as change orders or disputes.Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions effectively to ensure transparency.Others (10%)
To prepare budget, proposal and analysis in the fields of leasing for Supervisor’s review and approvalAd hoc task as assigned from time to time.Assist Office Allocation Report and Office Space Calculation and handle the office removal administration work.Minimum Job Requirements:
University graduates preferably in Engineering, Facility Management, Surveying or equivalentsMinimum 5 years relevant experiencesGood command of English & ChineseMature, well-organized, detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibilityGood communication, negotiation and co-ordination skillsKnowledge in project management in building / office renovation projectsPC skills in office operating software (ie. Autocad, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc)Others:
