Job Description

Maintenance Worker II responsible for basic and complex maintenance and repair duties including carpentry, grounds, and equipment repair tasks. Employee should have a good understanding of HVAC and electrical theory.

May escort, coordinate and supervise general contractors or outside repair personnel.Requesting supplies and equipment.Performs routine and complex maintenance and repair of building and support equipment.Performs and documents scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on support equipment.Evaluates and makes repair recommendations on building equipment including basic carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical troubleshootingPerform other related duties as required.Work location may vary in Columbia, Missouri.  (two sites)
