Responsibilities:

Maintain and clean facility as requiredMaintain and restock supplies as neededDiscard trash and recyclingGrounds keeping will include entire perimeter of the property, as well as general maintenance interior and exterior throughout the propertySome small repairs and general knowledge of building maintenance requiredOther duties may be assigned by management

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalentWorking knowledge of building maintenance issues, including but not limited to, painting, electrical, small appliance repair, air filter replacement, and spills cleanup
