Facilities Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

This is a hands-on position with variety every day — from HVAC to plumbing, carpentry to general building upkeep — you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping facilities in top shape.

What You’ll Do:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair locks, doors, furniture, lighting, roofing, and flooring.
Service plumbing fixtures including toilets, sinks, drains, piping, and water heaters.
Keep documentation up to date for fire extinguishers and other building systems.
Tackle special projects like painting, locksmith tasks, and tenant service requests.
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
Manage PMs, corrective, and emergent work orders through CMMS (Maximo).
What We’re Looking For:High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2–4 years of facilities or maintenance experience.
Solid skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair.
Comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs.
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS systems (Maximo a plus).
Preferred:EPA Universal Certification.
Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience.
Preventive HVAC maintenance background.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
