Facilities Maintenance Technician

Our team is passionate about engineering excellence and operational reliability, and we’re looking for a skilled Facilities and Maintenance Technician to help maintain our high standards. **Position Summary** The Facilities and Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of our manufacturing and office facilities. This role supports the smooth operation of our aerospace production environment and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. + Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues including lighting, doors, and equipment. + Maintain and update maintenance logs and records. + Support facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations. + Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations. + Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly. + Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. + 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. + Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical environments. + Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus. **Benefits** + Competitive salary and performance bonuses + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company match + Paid time off and holidays + Opportunities for professional development and advancement **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
