Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning and open to feedback, with a willingness to be on-call for emergency situations.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Work under the direct supervision of the Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician.Handle HVAC tasks such as rooftop units maintenance, refrigerant handling, filter changes, coil cleaning, motor exchanges, and building automation.Conduct plumbing repairs including sinks, drains, piping, and automatic flush toilets and urinals.Maintain life safety systems, including fire, sprinkler, and alarm systems.Perform electrical work, including maintenance of lights, outlets, sockets, switches, and motors.Essential Skills1+ year of maintenance experience or relevant schooling.Training or experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsEPA Universal 608 certification preferred.Forklift certification preferred.Boom/scissor lift certification preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working at properties located in the NKY and Cincinnati areas. The position entails a first shift schedule from 7/8 AM to 4/5 PM, with potential on-call duties for emergencies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
