Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Facilities Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Durham, NC.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:  

Perform interior and exterior painting, power washing and drywall repair Maintain and repair bay doors, sliding doors, door bumpers and seals Service commissary carts, speed racks and pallet jacks, fluids, chains and Castor'sReplace outlets protectors and reattach conduit piping to the walls Assemble furniture, racks and light equipmentMinor plumbing repairs as needed Other related tasks assigned 

 

Requirements Must be comfortable using power tools and maintenance equipment Ability to lift up to 50lbs Minimum of 2+ years of general building and equipment maintenance OSHA 10, basic mechanical or handyman certifications Must be able to perform physical work Must have basic hand tools and standard PPE Must have reliable transportation  Company Details
