**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing infrastructure, equipment, and systems within our manufacturing facility. This position is essential to ensuring the physical plant and building systems operate efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair physical structures, facility grounds, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air systems, fire protection and alarm systems, boiler systems, water treatment systems, ventilation systems, and overhead and dock leveler systems. + Repair, maintain, and install low voltage electrical systems, appliances, and fixtures. + Patch concrete and perform repairs on roofs and furniture. + Conduct preventative maintenance on building equipment and complete compliance checks. + Use a variety of hand and power tools to maintain equipment, wiring, fixtures, and lighting throughout the facility and grounds. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in troubleshooting. + Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance. + Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and boiler maintenance. + Mechanical and electrical aptitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with carpentry, air systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Comfortable performing preventive maintenance tasks. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
