**Job Description:**
Responsibilities include the design, planning, construction, safety and maintenance of grounds and building infrastructure (structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). May also include these same responsibilities for production equipment/systems depending on the site or operation. Manages coordination and modification of building space - space design standards, allocation, modifications, moves and expansion. Conducts facility inspections and equipment condition assessments to determine necessary modifications, including repair work and replacements / capital improvements. Responsibilities include predictive, preventive and proactive maintenance analysis as well as designing and implementing long-term continuous improvement applications and systems to enhance facility reliability and infrastructure specific elements of quality system compliance. Documents and reports issues to provide and safe and reliable facility. Roles with responsibility for aviation, food and beverage service, real estate and security should be assigned to this job family.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with light Facilities duties, as assigned
+ Assist with meeting room set-ups
+ Maintain Facilities maintenance stock levels
+ Assist with interoffice mail delivery
+ Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of facility systems.
+ Maintain company vehicles
+ Create purchase requisitions using corporate procurement program
+ Participate in continuous improvement projects
+ Perform miscellaneous duties, as assigned
+ Perform scheduled maintenance on facility equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
+ Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and disruption.
+ Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.
+ Perform general building maintenance, including painting, carpentry, and cleaning as needed.
+ Provide support for facility projects and renovations.
+ Provide support for multiple Opco’s sites including but not limited to (Brea, Orange, Pomona)
**Job Requirements:**
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in facilities maintenance or related field preferred.
+ 1+ years facilities maintenance experience required
+ Experience working with procurement program
+ Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems is a plus.

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and external contractors.
+ Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
+ Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards.
+ Operate forklift and scissor lift

**Target Market Salary Range:**
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
$20.50 - $27.70 per hour
