Daily Expectations and Responsibilities:
The Facilities Maintenance Manager works as a member of the Administration/Business Department team. Primarily responsible for overseeing and conducting all aspects of site maintenance, including but not limited to: grounds keeping, water systems, daily maintenance, emergency repairs, remodeling projects and new construction at designated ROP sites. The Projects Manager reports to the Program Director or other designated supervisor. Directly supervises maintenance and grounds keeping staff.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience Licensed Technician in a related field: plumbing, electrical, HVAC or other Supervisory experience required Possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years Be able to pass a criminal background clearance check, physical exam (including TB test) and drug screen (we do not test for THC) Previous HVAC experience.Come celebrate 40 years of helping At Risk Youth thrive at one of our 55 programs!
