Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance techniciansSchedule and assign work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standardsDevelop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance programs supporting uptime for all equipment, including conveyance systems, AS/RS, and forkliftsManage the maintenance and troubleshooting of AS/RS systems, including robotic retrieval units, storage racks, and control systemsOversee the maintenance and repair of a large forklift fleet, including electric and propane-powered forkliftsEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards for forklift operation and maintenanceEnsure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policiesImplement and maintain a robust Lockout/Tagout programGenerate and present regular reports on maintenance performance, including uptime, downtime, and cost analysisWhat you’ll bring to the table…

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a high-volume fulfillment center or similar industrial environmentTechnical knowledge of complex conveyance systems, AS/RS, and forklift maintenanceKnowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulationsPLC troubleshooting and basic electrical knowledge preferredMinimum Starting Rate: $58,000.00 AnnuallyUp to: $85,000.00 HourlyPay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
