Facilities Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift - Starting at $36.71/hr

**Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00am- 2:30pm, overtime as needed by the business**
**What you will do **
• Assist with maintaining daily operations of the physical facility. Supports facilities tech and other facilities staff by performing “handyman” maintenance duties such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting and/or cleaning, light construction, and/or exterior cleanup.
• Works with outside contractors on building and equipment repairs.
• Assist in maintenance and operation of the access control system “Security Expert” which manages perimeter alarm and badge control.
• Monitor the security camera system “Avigilon” as needed, including new camera adds/deletes.
• Operates site equipment as needed, including forklift, Facilities Truck/Plow and small Kubota/Polaris vehicle, hand and power tools as necessary.
• Management of Facilities CER projects, Remodel TI’s and other related repair and maintenance projects
• Maintain documentation such as power diagrams, network diagram, space usage, etc. and also assist with the management and tracking of the badging system
• Provide support to vendors/contractors such as security, cafeteria and other maintenance vendors.
• Direct ongoing preventative maintenance programs such as painting, fire alarm testing, landscaping etc.
**What you need**
Minimum Qualifications:
+ 5-10 years of related work experience in facilities management or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Safety and compliance experience
+ Hands-on knowledge and experience with building plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other plant related equipment.
+ Trade accreditations and/or licenses such as carpentry, electrical or mechanical.
