Location: Atlanta, GA | Pay: $30/hr (NEG) | Temp-to-Perm | Vehicle & Gas Card Included
Tired of being stuck in the same building every day? We’ve got the job for you. We’re on the hunt for a Facilities Maintenance Field Technician who’s ready to roll—literally. You’ll travel between multiple commercial sites in Atlanta, solving problems, fixing what’s broken, and keeping facilities running like clockwork.
You’ll get a company vehicle, a gas card, and the freedom to work independently while tackling everything from HVAC systems and lighting to fire safety equipment and plumbing. This is your chance to put your hands-on experience to work in a role that’s never boring.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Keep life safety and fire systems in top shape
Clean coils, change filters and belts, fix leaks, replace lights—you name it
Travel to various sites and handle emergency and routine maintenance
Use BAS and basic software (Word, Excel) to log your work
Help oversee contractors and ensure jobs are done right
Maintain a clean, safe work environment at every location
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of commercial facility maintenance experience
Strong skills in at least one trade: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or utility systems
EPA 608 Type II required (Universal preferred)
Valid driver’s license
A safety-first mindset, great communication, and the ability to work independently

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
