What You’ll Do:

Keep commercial facilities safe, efficient, and in top shape by maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Perform general building repairs including lighting, roofing, flooring, and fixtures

Complete scheduled and emergency maintenance requests like a pro

Use your expertise to prevent downtime and maximize equipment life

Respond quickly to service calls and support after-hours needs when required

Partner with site managers and clients to ensure smooth, safe operations

Maintain strong records, comply with all safety regulations, and bring a can-do attitude every day

What You Bring:

4+ years of commercial maintenance or building engineering experience

Universal EPA Certification (CFC)

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs

Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

Ability to lift 80 lbs, climb ladders, and troubleshoot like a champ

Professionalism, reliability, and pride in doing things the right way

Pay Details: $31.00 to $33.00 per hour
