Short Description

Assist Compliance Manager to ensure Joint Commission/CMS LS/EC regulatory compliance relating to the facilities maintenance world.

 

 

1. Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections and tests as required by several AHJ’s.

2. Manage and report on Inspection, testing and maintenance work orders in the CMS4 work order system.

3. Compile, review and report on various compliance binders as required.

4. Perform maintenance TJC rounding to ensure and verify constant compliance.

5. Schedule assorted vendors for Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual inspections and testing.

6. Assist with moving maintenance compliance to a digital binder platform.

 

 

Experience Required

 

0-2 years preferred

Hospital Joint Commission EC/LS Regulatory experience preferred.

Education Requirements

High School / GED
