Facilities Maintenance Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and sanitation tasks across facilities and campusHandle light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC support, and equipment upkeepMaintain cleanliness of restrooms, offices, hallways, and exterior areas including trash removal and snow clearingAssist with furniture setup/teardown for events and classroom useSupport grounds maintenance, cooler/duct work, and overhead/garage door repairs 

Facilities Maintenance Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)Proven experience in building maintenance or facilities work (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC)Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75?lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks in varied environmentsStrong communication, teamwork, and customer?service skillsMust pass background check and drug screening; valid driver’s license preferred Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
