**Facilities Maintenance Openings in Iowa City** **$22 - $30 Based On Experience** **Pay Day Every Week** **1st Shift Hours** **Job Duties:** + Maintenance and upkeep of multiple properties in the Iowa City area + Construction and remodeling duties, like drywall, carpentry, or painting + Preventative maintenance + Repairs on: + HVAC - ACs, furnaces + Plumbing - toilets, sinks + Electrical - outlets, fixtures, switches **Requirements:** + Previous experience with building or facilities maintenance + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation + High school diploma or GED + Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC repairs + Ability to work independently and part of a team + Troubleshooting skills **What's In It For You:** + Company car & gas card + Uniform provided + Health insurance, vision, dental **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr. Direct hire from Day one Health, Vision, Dental, Roth match up to 3% 10 days off per year + 6 Holidays Company Car while they make calls during working hours, TAKE HOME when on call.
