Facilities/Building Maintenance **Job Description:** _The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, plastering, HVAC servicing, and electrical._ **Duties and Responsibilities** + Operate personnel lifts. + Operate forklifts + Perform minor repairs and adaptions of equipment, such as; changing air, grease and coolant lines, switches, belts, guards + Fabricate miscellaneous items out of wood, metal and Plexiglas + Build or fabricate labels, devices, etc. to improve quality and production + Use hand and power tools and assist in moving equipment + Plumbing, construction of metal/wood, and + Painting + Minor facility repairs + General rigging + Instruct lawn service contractor + PM of forklifts per schedule + AC system filter change per schedule + Assist HVAC technicians with repairs + Facility preventative maintenance + Adhere to all safety requirements + Practice 5Ss **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and OMS + Basic math skills + Certified fork lift operator + Welding **Education and Experience Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent + 40 semester hours of industrial trade training or 3 years general maintenance experience _Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer._ Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
