Facilities Lead

As a Facilities Lead, supporting our Critical Systems, you will be an SME for a variety of equipment which includes HVAC equipment, Water generation and purification systems, Steam system, Condensate systems, Compressed air system, Chilled/Glycol water system, chemical mixing vessels/reactors, diaphragms, valves, piping, electrical and other utility equipment. As Lead of the Critical Systems team, you are also responsible for providing day-to-day coordination and work directions to ensure all the preventive and corrective maintenance for the group is completed on time at the ASPEX Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Performs routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, schematics, engineering drawings and specifications.Responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities.Operates utility equipment and conducts tests and reports data in accordance with SOPs and GMP requirements.Performs calibrations of a wide range of instrumentation throughout facility.Documents work performed in a variety of computerized systems, Maximo, ProCal, Veeva, SAP, Workday, HSENet etc.Supports customers by responding to radio communications for support.Generates and distributes daily shift summary.Works with external vendors, stakeholders and customers to coordinate on availability of equipment to perform maintenance.Develops and executes projects, to include but not limited to ECO, PPC, manufacturing non-conformance, action items and investigations.Leads Tier 1 meeting and be serves as department representative ensuring support is provided to customers, stakeholders and leadership.Directly involved with supporting the department’s strategic plan for reliability and continuous improvement.
