For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com . **Summary** **About the Role:** We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy intern to support our Global Workplace Services team in shaping a dynamic, flexible office environment. As a Facilities Planning Intern, you’ll use our workplace experience software (Robin Powered) to upload accurate floor plans, manage office space assignments, and help visually document workspaces by uploading photos and room data into the system. You will support the planning and preparation for construction projects, including relocation management, partnering with Facilities and Real Estate managers. You will support the day to day facilities operations and document management. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in workplace design, facilities management, or digital tools that support the modern hybrid office. **Responsibilities** + Allocate and track office space assignments, including desk and room bookings + Upload and manage images of meeting rooms and other office spaces in the tool + Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with physical spaces + Assist with software testing and feedback to improve user experience + Support documentation and best practices for future users of the tool + Support office relocation and move efforts + Ability to inventory existing space and lift 25lbs **Qualifications** + Currently pursuing a degree in facilities management, architecture, construction, business, engineering or a related field + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow layout/space guidelines + Comfortable learning and using digital tools and workplace platforms + Onsite 5x a week in Providence and West Greenwich, ability to travel between sites **What You'll Gain** + Hands-on experience with modern hybrid workplace platforms + Exposure to space planning and workplace strategy + Cross-functional collaboration with facilities, technology, and business operations teams + A chance to shape the future of our hybrid work environment **Keys to Success** + Building collaborative relationships + Decision making + Drive results + Foster innovation + Personal energy + Self-leadership \#LI-MS1 At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation is $22.50 per hour. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
