Sodexo is hiring our HVAC Preventative Maintenance Manager- Facilities Engineering Operations Manager 1 for Beaufort County K-12 Schools in South Carolina. Our successful candidate will have an HVAC Certification and the ability to manage a team across a large geographic area and across first and second shift (40+ schools) This leader will build and execute a Preventative Maintenance Program to save our client money in the management of HVAC throughout the school system and Operate with safety as a priority, and be proactive and forward thinking. What You'll Do Manage the PM - Second Shift Manage HVAC Troubleshooting, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, with strong knowledge of repair for boilers, chillers, air handlers and split systemsManage work orders in our CMMS Maximo, conduct facility condition assessments, TRAIN our teams on preventative maintenance plans, and allocate resources What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
