Our successful candidate will operate with safety as a priority, be proactive and forward thinking - building a Preventative Maintenance Program to save our client money in the management of facilities. Are you ready to jump in to help the team with hands on mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, Electrical) skills? Our leader will manage our CMMS Maximo and hire our frontline hourly team through the Paradox software. Successfully building client relationships through executive presence is mission critical to success in the role. This is a potential sale and contingent offers will be made.
