Skills and Requirements Minimum of 10 years in a facilities engineering role. ·   Knowledge of commercial HVAC (including chillers), plumbing, and electrical systems.   Previous experience with building controls systems (example: JCI, Siemens, Honeywell) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. · Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
