We’re a powerhouse in R&D innovation, the home of Teledyne’s Central Research Laboratory, and the world’s leading provider of infrared sensors, with over 60 years of tech evolution and customers like the US Department of Defense. **What You’ll Do:** + Support various facility projects and in-house technical customer projects from start to finish, such as equipment replacement, lab modifications, utilities and various building systems. + Develop scope of work and cost estimates for tool installations or lab modifications. + Support both R&D and production manufacturing within cleanroom environments as issues arise or in support of new tool installations. + Respond and remediate facility failures on a 24/7 basis. + Support and direct preventative and predictive maintenance program for utilities and building systems equipment in support of manufacturing. **What You Need:** + Working knowledge of utilities, building systems, process gases and gas cylinder methodology. + Experience working with engineering drawings and ability to develop Gantt timeline charts for various projects. + Experience with tool installations, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. + Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100D Quality Management Systems. + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field with at least 3-5 years of experience in facilities with an exposure to facilities project management and various building systems. + U.S. citizenship due to access restrictions. **What We Offer:** + Competitive Salary & Benefits Package + Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance from Day 1 + Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays + 401(k) with Company Match + Employee Stock Purchase Plan + Educational Tuition Reimbursement + Fun Employee Events throughout the year **Why Teledyne?** Our infrared sensors are “Everywhere You Look”™ – from the James Webb Space Telescope to climate change studies.
