JOB OVERVIEW

To coordinate field activities in the execution of daily routine facilities and maintenance work.Maintaining all site facilities in best conditions and within the framework of Good Storage Practice (GSP) & EHS requirement.Takes personal responsibility for quality and details in all aspects of facility maintenance work that have impact on safety and product quality.Executing and closing of Work Orders as per schedule.Able to do rectification on basic warehouse defects.Able to perform troubleshooting of general building M&E equipment within agreed scope of work for warehouse.Perform regular building inspections to report/feedback on building defects. Coordinate rectification works for the defects.Execute/coordinate rectification works to enable smooth work handover and minimize disruption to production scheduleEnsure cost effectiveness of all maintenance jobsEnsure quality standard in all aspects of facility services work that will have impact on product quality.Planning and coordinating vendor site servicing activitiesSafetyProvide support in maintaining the site safety, health and environmental programs and system.Adherence to EHS rules and regulations is required at all times.Demonstrate proactive safety behavior; lead by example to help ensure that positive and transparent EHS culture exists within the JLL team on the siteEnsure required Regulatory, JLL and Client safety standards are met for all aspects of work delivered on the assignmentEnsure EHS relevant devices are in place (PPE, LOTO devices, …)Proactively ensure any EHS near misses, incidents or best practices are reported and sharedSupport accident and injury investigationEnsure risk assessments and method statements are in place for all job assignmentProactively identify safety hazards and risks at the Client location, raise concerns and work with Site Lead to mitigate in accordance with best safety practicePerform regular EHS self-inspection routine and take rectification action accordinglyEnsure all regulatory/compulsory EHS training is completed and own training records are documented in a timely manner for audit readiness.

Quality Management System

Ensuring adherence to governing SOPs and quality policies (JLL or Client) where relevantProactively ensure any quality issues, incidents or best practices are reported and sharedEnsure timely completion of all quality training as planSupport GSP incident root cause investigations and CAPA creation / completion as necessaryEnsure all infrastructure and compliance documentation for the systems is in place and up-to-date (e.g. maintenance logs, drawings and single-line diagrams)Ensure all Work Order activities are documented in time achieved  periodicallyEnsure those subcontractors under supervision understand compliance requirements such as GSP requirements and Change Control.

Business and client engagement

Proactive communications with client and provide solutions to client’s base onsite situationsPeriodically meeting with client Make sure all documents and report are managed to comply with GSP requirements.

Compliance

Ensure required Regulatory, JLL and Client policies, standards & procedures and are met Complete all mandatory JLL and Client compliance training

Strategy

Ensure all activities to match client’s requirements defined in  SOWSuggest CM/EM work orders improvement and update PM activities/plan accordingly

Engineering Delivery

Support the team in delivering in accordance with the Client business need and that services are meeting required standardsSupport the team in Maintenance/calibration/spare parts strategy plan preparation Propose improvements, cost-saving activities to increased productivity / work efficiency to drive Client valueEnsure operations in line with Client and JLL policies and processesEnsure get trainings accordingly to meet job requirementEnsure all assign Work Orders is executed   accordingly for best practices and GSP requirement
