1. Required: Does not require experience in positions of a similar nature.
+ **Specialized Knowledge (Desirable) / Conocimiento especializado (preferible):**
+ Create solutions for problems and / or situations in different fields using previously established tools, methods and organizational policies.
+ Knowledge in energy management ISO 50001 related.
+ **Languages required for the position (Desirable) / Idiomas requeridos para el puesto (preferible):**
+ Spanish/ English medium reading, writing and newbie in conversation skills.
+ **Computer tools and knowledge level required (Desirable) / Herramientas informáticas y nivel de conocimiento requerido:**
+ Microsoft Office: Advance
+ Other Tools: AutoCad
**Summary of Duties and Responsibilities / Resumen de funciones y responsabilidades:**
+ **Perform** periodic review of compliance systems facilities and general services according to standards ISO13485: 2003, FDA, FM and other standards to ensure the high operational standards of the Facility Department and improved management systems.
+ **Lead** investigations about facilities/equipment events. Record the investigation according to the quality system, EHS or internal procedures as applicable.
+ **Evaluate** the risk for facilities/equipment changes. Communicate the risks and recommend the action to take. Record the investigation according to the quality system, EHS or internal procedures as applicable.
+ **Collect and keep** the CERs pressure and temperature and humidity chart.
+ Support continuous improvement projects of lean, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance plan.
+ **Collaborate** in the strategic/cost savings projects for Facilities and General Services.
+ **Collaborate** updating the Maintenance software including assets control, PM/PdM/CM tasks, facility work requests and spare parts control.
+ **Support** the management fo Maintenance System for General System equipment/facilities: Cafeteria, Security cameras, access batch system and laundry.
+ **Support** improvements/changes for General System’ equipment/facilities: Cafeteria, Security cameras, access batch system and laundry.
+ **Support** statistics control with process related with Cafeteria (Product weight, Times, Services) and Pest Control.
+ **Coordinate** with internal clients of other departments, facilities engineers, facilities technicians and/or contractors as needed to perform the maintenance tasks and complete the facility requests.
+ **Solve** different kind of issues in general services/facilities area applying the tools, methods and procedures defined by the company.
+ **Update/create** preventive maintenance procedures.
+ **Perform and control** Facilities KPI reports for Facilities and General Services
+ **Manage** the physical and electronic technical library.
