POSITION SUMMARY:
Is capable of performing all duties and responsibilities required of Electrical Mechanical Technician C. Without supervision, performs maintenance functions on equipment, machinery, and buildings. In addition, performs plumbing, carpentry, and electrical duties. Constructs machine components and instructs other maintenance department personnel about proper procedures.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Is capable of performing all duties and responsibilities required of an Electrical Mechanical Technician IV.
2. Without supervision is capable of completing all maintenance functions as required to building, machinery, mechanical equipment, and physical structure.
3. Conducts diagnostic and troubleshooting inspections of equipment, making adjustments, repairs as necessary.
4. Constructs machine components as required.
5. Performs electrical and electronic work including the design and installation of electrical circuits and controls.
6. Performs general building maintenance duties as required.
7. Constructs and repairs structures and fixtures from wood, plywood, and wallboard following written or verbal instructions.
8. Troubleshoots, repairs and services hydraulic systems, including changing valves and other similar adjustments.
9. Troubleshoot/Repair/Replace/Install Servo Control.
10. Troubleshoot PLC controls using laptop.
11. Trains and develops other maintenance department personnel.
12. Completes paperwork as required, including job cards, inspection reports, logs, etc.
13. May be called upon to work late evening, early morning, or other unscheduled hours to perform necessary emergency repairs. 14. Keeps work area neat, clean, organized, and under control. 15. Is responsible for quality and safety of own work and compliance of all company procedures and policies.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required:
+ High school education with four or more year’s experience in industrial maintenance. Any deviations from the above requirements (e.g. substituting more work experience for required education) will be evaluated and approved by the Vice President - Operations.
Preferred:
+ Associate’s degree in industrial technology with emphasis in industrial maintenance and four or more year’s experience in industrial maintenance.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
+ Must provide own hand tools. This position requires the individual to handle and transport machine parts or equipment weighing up to approximately fifty pounds
Closing Statement: Competitive Compensation:
+ Hourly pay range for this role is $33.76-$36.34
+ Participation in Annual Incentive Program
