**As Facilities Coordinator - Space you will collaborate with colleagues to inspire customer moments of delight and pursue amazing outcomes each day.**
**This is a hybrid role based in Warsaw where you will be responsible for the client space planning strategy & restacking plans within your sites in country, you own the occupancy planning for your locations and oversee the logistics of space planning projects within the organisation with detailed planning and flawless execution, providing high quality customer service and experiences creating a fun and safe place to work. You will work closely with the other Space Team members and Sub Regional Leads to ensure consistency and to support each team through periods of peak demand and staff shortages.**
**The ideal candidate will be customer focused, highly motivated, proactive, a developer of teams, confident in presenting data to the senior client team, team work and show great initiative to keep the office running smoothly.**
**What You Will Do:**
• Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture.
• Log quality hazards and ensure actions are closed out for safety improvement.
• Control operational documentation processes for Health and Safety compliance.
• Act as the key contact for the Client regarding Space-related activities.
• Lead and contribute to team huddles and meetings.
• Oversee Space-related Tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Execute office moves and manage all related processes.
• Coordinate strategic planning for moves, occupancy changes, and space strategy plans.
• Drive a culture of motivation, recognition, and engagement within your team.
• Provide development plans and coaching for team members.
• Manage and supervise supplier personnel and subcontractors.
• Recommend initiatives for local operations and customer experience improvement.
**What You Will Need:**
• Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent.
• 2+ of relevant experience in FM industry.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish.
• Good communication skills.
• High level of IT literacy, particularly with spreadsheets and data presentation.
• Proven people management skills and the ability to develop teams.
• Strong understanding of good health and safety practices.
• Experience in promoting high-quality customer service and building trusted client relationships.
• Proficiency with CAFM/IWMS systems and ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents.
