This administrative role, based in Sofia, offers an outstanding opportunity to be part of an ambitious team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. In this role, you will: + Develop Impactful Visualizations: Apply advanced visualization tools and techniques to display data trends, outliers, and opportunities for operational improvements in a clear and engaging manner. + Communicate Insights: Simplify complex data into actionable insights and present them to collaborators in a clear, concise, and impactful way, driving strategic business decisions. **Responsibilities:** + Data Collection, Processing, and Analysis: Gather data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, etc.), clean and validate it to ensure accuracy, and prepare it for analysis. Employ analytical methods to scrutinize data sets. Identify significant trends, patterns, and relationships that can inform business strategies. + Building clear and concise reports, presentations, messages, and visualizations that convey the intended message and communicate insights to collaborators. + Crafting Content: Leading the content lifecycle management from conceptualization, crafting, and editing through to approvals, distribution, measurement, and maintenance, participating in the development of a content strategy. + Work together: Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s). Engage closely with various collaborators such as finance, operations, and management. Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s). Understand their specific data needs and deliver relevant analyses that support departmental and organizational goals. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience visual communication field and/or in an analytical field. + Good knowledge and experience with databases, Excel, and advanced data visualization/presentation tools. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to convey complex data insights in an accessible and engaging manner.​ + **_Additional Expertise_** : Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Canva, Prezi, etc. is a plus. **Essential Skills needed:** + Data Cleaning and Preparation: Rectifying errors, resolving inconsistencies, and filling in missing values to ensure the data’s accuracy and reliability. + Analysis: Use of statistical methods to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships in data. + Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI): Able to build interactive charts, graphs, and dashboards that make complex data easy to understand and interpret.
