Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Conference Center bookingsSet up and reconfigure furniture for Conference CenterComplete work order requests generated through F.A.S.T.Process building maintenance workPerform furniture movement, employee relocation assistance and in-house material relocationDeliver and set up A/V equipment, coordinate and maintain a log for A/V equipment for corporate office conference roomsCoordinate outside vendor and Building maintenance incidents for quick resolutionOrganize and maintain Facilities storerooms on designated floorsReport maintenance and safety issuesMaintain corporate vendors listAssists in documenting procedures to ensure planned absences do not interrupt or delay deliverables for the accountCollaborate with service teams and escalate major incidents as neededWhat You Need to Succeed:
Strong organizational skills, customer service mindset, and communication abilitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks, organize, and work to scheduled delivery of output.Able to work with minimal supervision.Able to lift and move up to 50 poundsStrong verbal and written business communications.
