What You'll Do:
• Integrate the six pillars of quality and GMS principles into Facilities operations and team culture.
• Partner with engineering, controls, welding & joining, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless support
• Influence shift performance and problem-solving efforts across functional boundaries without direct supervisory authority.
• Apply GMS and Practical Problem Solving (PPS) methodologies to resolve complex issues and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and deliver shift-level reports and updates to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
• Technical degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related experience
• 3+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing
• Deep understanding of maintenance planning in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Skilled in guiding shift-level maintenance operations and driving performance through collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to plant leadership.
• Ability to create and deliver shift-level reports and maintenance reviews.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional problem-solving and process control initiatives.
• Comfort navigating maintenance systems and presenting complex data in a clear, strategic format.
• Commitment to quality through proactive maintenance and process control.
