JLL are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to work onsite with one of our clients in Sydney CBD.
You will oversee daily operations and upkeep of the facility, ensuring it remains safe, efficient, and fully functional. This role includes managing services such as cleaning, maintenance, security along with coordinating with internal employees and external contractors.
Snapshot of the role:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with supplier and service providers
Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety standards by carrying out audits and supporting the emergency response plans
Serve as the primary contact for employees, conctractors, and other stakeholders regarding facility matters
Maintain thorough records of all maintenance work, inspections, repairs and facility related projects
Support space management activities including inventory tracking, office moves, and workplace planning
Coordinate and manage minor to mid-scale facility improvement projects from initiation through completion

You will have strong teamwork and collaboration skills, committing to flawless execution while adhering to company procedures and embodying JLL's core values. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, vendor management, and conflict resolution abilities, efficiently handling multiple complex tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in facilities and have knowledge of operations, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders
Capable of handling multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities
Some technical knowledge with systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building infrastructure
Exposure to budgets and purchasing processes
Competent and have knowledge in managing small projects related to facilities
