\n\t\t\t\t\tWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support our facilities operations and team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, experience managing vendors, and a solid understanding of facilities systems and reporting. The Facilities Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting small projects, and maintaining accurate data and communications across platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nCMMS Management: Utilize and maintain our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), transitioning from 360 Moving to Archibus.\nVendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely service delivery and compliance with company standards.\nProject Support: Assist with small-scale facilities projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.\nBudget & PO Tracking: Support basic financial tasks such as budget tracking and purchase order (PO) management for the facilities team.\nData Reporting: Generate and maintain reports using Excel and other tools to track facilities metrics and performance.\nTime Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support team objectives.\nCommunication: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors using diverse platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience with CMMS platforms (360 Moving and/or Archibus preferred).\nStrong Excel skills and experience with data reporting.\nFamiliarity with budget tracking and vendor PO processes.\nProven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication skills across digital platforms.\nPrior experience in facilities coordination or a related field is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
