Job Overview:

Under indirect supervision, provides facilities and administrative support to PRE Denver, Aurora, and Arizona offices and personnel. This role leads day-to-day operations of the offices, coordinates services, supports facilities projects, space planning, and vendor oversight.

 

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Facility Maintenance

Lead coordination of vendor services, for routine, preventative and emergency maintenance across multiple facilities. Oversee documentation of work and contractor certifications. Manage the facilities asset list, preventive maintenance schedules, and documentation. Partner with the business to support space planning, furniture procurement and execution of facility/employee moves. Assist leadership with contractor work and capital projects, provide input on areas of improvement. Serve as primary point of contact for internal work order requests, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Administrative Duties

Acts as back-up for Admin Assistant I duties, ensuring continuity of workplace services. Maintain kitchen and conference rooms (stock items, clean coffee machines, dishwasher, etc.). Order catering and support event setup and clean-up. Maintain office supplies and handle special item requests. Oversee day-to-day admin items: expense reports, supply requests, IT tickets, conference room use, seating charts. Collaborate with HR and IT for onboarding: tickets, seat assignments, supplies.\

 

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. 2-5 years of facilities experience and working in a professional office environment. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Must be courteous and diplomatic in dealing with others. Working knowledge of Viewpoint and Keystyle is highly desirable.

Pay Equity 

$34-$40/hour

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
