Your primary focus involves providing on-site support to all retail stores, which includes maintaining and updating facilities information across several technology platforms including Facilities Software, Energy Management and Utilities Management systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES
Responds to store inquires and requests within 24 hours to meet service level agreement
Assists in resolving ongoing issues, which have not reached closure in reasonable time
Coordinates landlord responsibility items (leaks, HVAC, notices/fines) and follows through until completion to stores satisfaction
Partners with construction to correct warranty issues when they arise
Perform essential department tasks such as new vendor set up, opening & closing store services and vendor schedules
Monitor department email and phone
Run reports, create check requests and purchase orders
Set up new vendors in technology platform and accounts payable
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role
Strong knowledge of facilities management operations
Use of facilities software or related experience
MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
Flexible and able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Must have exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask, and high sense of urgency
Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize
Excellent communicator
Proactive and a strong sense of personal motivation
Have a positive spirit and eagerness to take the initiative and take on responsibilities to optimize the workplace

The pay range for this role is $31-$35/hr USD.
