Job Description
Location: Perth, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract Type: Fixed Term – 12 Months
Eligibility: Candidates must have full working rights for 12+ months, be Permanent Residents or Australian Citizens
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests
Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Support budget management and cost control for facilities services
Maintain compliance databases and support audit programs
Collaborate with the onsite Workplace Team to deliver seamless services
Identify and escalate risks or blockers to leadership promptly
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Ensure continuity of services with minimal disruption to business operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in facilities coordination or management, ideally in a corporate or commercial environment
Strong understanding of building services, maintenance coordination, and contractor management
Familiarity with OHS regulations, risk assessments, and compliance standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of site operations
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
