Position Summary

Resolves support tickets efficiently by providing timely technical assistance and addressing customer inquiries and issues. Delivers prompt and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Assigns and coordinates service tasks to approved suppliers to ensure timely completion.Monitors project and work order progress, addressing delays and ensuring efficient resolution.Responds to customer inquiries through email, phone, and the service portal, providing prompt assistance.Organizes and maintains file systems to track user complaints, service requests, and resolutions.Supports Real Estate Facilities Managers by handling compliance, invoice processing, inventory tracking, and document maintenance.Resolves service desk issues and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.2+ years of facilities, call center, customer service, or related experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay Rate: $18.14 - $20.81 per hour, based on experience
