**A typical day may involve:**
+ Provide Facilities Management solutions and support across the client’s portfolio.
+ Coordinate with Facilities Management, Base Building and Engineering team members to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of service.
+ Act as primary liaison with the client regarding all Facilities Management matters for the site.
+ Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety and risk management protocols.
+ Manage and report incidents.
+ Ensure all works are conducted in accordance with the client’s Facility and Engineering Guidelines.
+ Articulate and live the CBRE culture, set an example by modeling the required behaviors and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behavior which is inconsistent with agreed standards.
+ Comply with all CBRE systems used to meet health and safety obligations.
+ Create and nurture on-site client and stakeholder relations.
+ Manage environmental risk factors for minimization of risk to the client and their employees.
**What You'll need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Polished, well presented corporate style, with excellent relationship management skills.
+ Pro-active “can do” attitude, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
+ High level competency with MS Office programs.
+ Full working rights in Australia for a permanent position.
