What this opportunity involves:
Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across our portfolio of owned and leased properties. This position offers an opportunity to develop your facilities management expertise while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will assist with coordinating various facilities management functions across a mix of owned properties and leased premises. You'll work closely with the onsite facilities manager, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and prompt resolution of issues.

 Snapshot of the role:

Coordinate facilities management activities and resolve site issues with minimal disruptionMonitor Corrigo system to track service delivery, evaluate tasks, and manage documentationSupport property additions/removals through the Change Direct Notices processManage escalations regarding contractor performance and compliance documentationEnsure fixed assets are properly captured, tagged, and validated per maintenance plansProvide administrative support, including reports and tenant feedback follow-upBuild relationships with facilities managers, contractors, and suppliersMaintain compliance with WHS policies and JLL business conduct guidelines

We're seeking a detail oriented and proactive Facilities professional who can deliver exceptional service while managing multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communicator with strong verbal and written skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders including facilities managers, vendors, and internal teams

Detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and meet tight operational deadlines

Self-motivated, adaptable individual who can respond confidently to rapidly changing situations

Goal-oriented performer who consistently meets targets and contractual key performance indicators

Organised administrator with efficient data entry skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Customer service focused team member with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Experience or knowledge in building services maintenance and facilities management (advantageous but not essential)

Must be an Australian Citizen and ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance
