Your Job Title: Facility coordinator

Job Location: Espoo - Finland (on-site)

Purpose: As a Facility coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office in Espoo. You will be responsible for the delivery of all facility-related services. You will also support other offices in Finland when required. You will report to the Senior Manager, Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (based in Sweden) and together you will ensure all Trimble policies and regulations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage the FM suppliers utilized in the facility e.g. cleaning, security, mail, reception.

·       Ensure the site is compliant with EHS.

·       Manage tickets for facility related issues and respond in a customer centric manner

·       Manage small projects related to the office e.g. employee moves, refits.

·       Responsible for physical security and ensure escort, when necessary, of non-Trimble visitors

·       Contact with the landlord or the landlord’s proxy.

·       Manage service contracts to ensure suppliers are performing and document completed work or nonperformance.

·       Perform other operational activities as assigned or required.

Competence Requirements:

·       1-3 years’ experience from working with FM services.

·       Overall understanding of facility systems and work required to be performed e.g. HVAC maintenance etc.

·       Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications.

·       Excellent knowledge in Finnish and English. Be able to read and understand documents in Swedish.

·       Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

·       Discretion, tact, independent judgment, flexibility, dependability, and accountability

·       Confidence in self-appointed work with a high degree of self-discipline

·       Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues.

·       Clear communicator, detail-oriented, and organized.

·       Ability to travel to other sites in Finland and neighboring countries.
