Facilities Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:\n

\u2022 Provides support in areas of work order management and vendor\/supplier relations ensuring proper services are provided.
\u2022 Serves as subject matter expert and administrator for workplace experience\/asset management\/space planning, and work order software platforms; serving as point of contact for end user questions, technical issues, and a source for user training.
\u2022 Platform admin tasks such as implementing back-end changes to the modules, configuring parameters of floor plans, and leading routine update meetings with software account management team.
\u2022 Conducts routine floor space audits to ensure occupancy software accuracy; makes consistent updates to floor plans to ensure accuracy.
\u2022 Acts as point person of Safety Program\/activities with office of the building.
\u2022 Completes regular walk through of workspace to locate and report facility related issues preventively
\u2022 Ensure all PM tickets are created within the work order system and oversee completion via building personnel or external suppliers.
\u2022 Serves as point of contact for badging requests submitted to the facilities group.
\u2022 Aids the facilities team to ensure the general tidiness of all storage spaces.
\u2022 Coordinate emergency response for facility related issues.
\u2022 Provide back up to account manager.
\u2022 Other duties as assigned.\n

QUALIFICATIONS:\n
