Facilities Coordinator Job ID 225367 Posted 17-Jun-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management Location(s) Bratislava '- Bratislavsky kraj - Slovakia **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Reception scope of work:** + Manning of the reception during normal office hours (08:00 – 16:00). The receptionist will perform normal receptionist tasks, such as greet and registration of visitors and answer the phone, arrange the post and courier in/out activities. + Book rooms and times for training, arrange room set-up. + Meet and greet training participants, distribute training material to participants. + Maintain list of participants attendance and submit to relevant parties. + Order refreshments and food for training participants and office guests. + Invite and coordinate guests of all kinds. + Secure/proceed general support for guests: e.g. taxi ordering. + Sign for delivery of and/or print training material upon request. + Support in event organization to LAS if necessary. + Keeping clean kitchen facilities **Office coordination SK scope of work:** + Responsible for delivery, quality, safety, and cost of all in scope services. + Responsibility for subcontractors’ management on Ericsson sites in Bratislava, Banska Bystrica and Kosice remotely through business assistants as within Managing Agent model. + First escalation point for offices in the country. + Participate active on supplier register innovation, saving and performance assessment. + Bring best practice and pro-active innovation into office support scope of responsibilities. + Report monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc results into. + Participating in budgeting process and projects related to the office. **Coordination physical and technical security scope of work:** + With support of Ericsson security consultant and through dedicated expert suppliers manage local Physical Security in areas as reception and around perimeter. + Through dedicated expert suppliers manage security systems and physical guarding of remote Sites in Kosice and Banska Bystrica. + Act as first point of contact for facilities such as IT network, burglar alarm, electricity supply, fire safety and liaison. + With support of Ericsson security consultant act as contact person for Security Company – Central Security – in case of robbery, alarms, EHS issues. + Overtake and use knowledge of access control tools, hardware, and basis of software in advanced user mode, secure activities of daily business in such scope. **Skills/Experience/Education** **Requirements:** + Secondary with school-leaving examination or Bachelor’s degree **Language skills** + English - Upper intermediate (B2) **Personality requirements and skills** + Good customer service skills + Positive attitude and professional approach + Good interpersonal and communication skills + Solid organizational skills with attention to detail + Previous experience using Word and Excel applications + Good time management + Flexibility and problem solving attitude + Will to learn a new systems and knowledge quick and efficient CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
