We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide administrative support to the EGRP (Eastern Goldfield Regional Prison) contract.

This is a maternal leave cover for 18 months on a fixed term contract. You will be working on site at the EGRP (Eastern Goldfield Regional Prison)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administration to the EGRP contractAssist Sr Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring 100% compliance with contract deliverablesAllocate work orders using Honeywell’s and Customer’s work order systemsEnsure contract compliance & KPI compliance for all reactive, planned and corrective work orders Coordinate and oversee quoted works with customers and Honeywell teamAdministering operational reports to assist in monitoring contract deliverablesAssistance with financials; purchase order management, invoicing, aged debt

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Typically, Higher School Certificate (year 12) or suitable TAFE qualifications.Preferred 3 years+ in a site coordination role or similarAdministration experience and/or qualificationsComputer competencies including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
