Our Global Workplace Solutions division (GWS) is comprised of the best and brightest industry professionals, at the forefront of innovation, and highly invested in the development and unique needs of our diverse employees and global clients. **Overview** The purpose of this position is to provide an assistance & coordinating to Facility Management team in completion ofmultiplefunctionsofCommercialoperationsandmaintenancefor the client's facility,campus and/orportfolioofbuildings. **Scope of Responsibility:** + Oversees and/or coordinates in Facilities Management, services work assignments performed by vendors and contractors performing services at site e.g. securities, landscaping, and Fire and safety work. + Oversee Facilities Management operations and vendors – provide instruction and manage day to day responsibilities. + Responds to client inquires and complaints. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. + Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. + Performs facilities inspections follows with WI, HSE and prepares reports; weekly, monthly. + Coordinate and manage move, add, and change activities. + Assists in the preparation of operating and capital budgets if require. + Leading the tasks assigned to vendors staff, getting them completed and reporting back with progress updates. + To ensure training provide to vendor staff in related to areas of responsibilities, EMT, HSE and align with company and client requirements. + Manages and establishes vendor relationships and train vendor staff on work order and billings procedures. Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding. + My Work monitoring and completion timely. + Assisting in consolidate operations progress and to generate monthly report. + To perform as a support person for all sites in Australia in – financial process related (PR/PO)-receiving invoices in company protocol - supplier personnel related. + Otherdutiesmaybe assigned. **Required Knowledge & Skills:** + GeneralEducation Degree and/or higher.
