Role OverviewThe MAC, Events & Workplace Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and engaging workplace experience. This position oversees day-to-day facilities operations, workplace logistics, and supports the planning and execution of employee events. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Move, Add, Change (MAC) & Facilities Operations• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure a safe and functional workspace.• Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies and workplace essentials.• Support office space planning, employee moves, and seating assignments.• Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.• Partner with vendors for services such as janitorial, food & beverage, and other workplace partners.• Establish Workplace Experience guidelines and ensure they are being met Mailroom & Logistics• Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, including scheduling courier pickups.• Handle urgent deliveries and special shipping requests with efficiency.Events & Employee Experience• Collaborate with the Workplace Experience team to deliver engaging employee events and pop-ups.• Manage local event planning, logistics, and budget tracking.• Communicate updates and information related to workplace services and events.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to lift 50 lbs.• Strong written and communication skills.• Minimum 1-year experience in shipping/receiving preferred.• Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service oriented.• Able to handle multiple projects at one time with attention to detail.• Punctual and reliable.
