Facilities Associate The Facilities Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment through routine cleaning, seasonal maintenance, facilities support, and assistance with agency events and transportation needs. Job Responsibilities Provides routine maintenance and custodian support to assigned areas. Responsible for the interior and exterior maintenance and cleaning of assigned work areas. Performs daily cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning walls, windows, restrooms, emptying and cleaning trash containers. Ensures that all conference rooms are ready for daily use for meetings or special events by arranging tables and chairs. Perform routine and minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry. May perform exterior cleaning, landscaping and snow removal. May be asked to perform special projects such as moving furniture or picking up donations. Performs other duties as assigned. PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. X Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling or standing multiple times a day. X Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds. X Climb up and down up to 3 or more flights of stairs at a time. X Lift up to 50 pounds. X Additional Requirements: Job duties may need to be performed outdoors in varying weather conditions.
